Women in Politics

For much of the United States’ history, women were largely left out of the conversation, or not given credit for their many contributions to advance American politics. While times have changed considerably, there is still a significant amount of work to be done to ensure women are equally represented–both in government and in the political consulting world. As we see an increase in women running for office (and running campaigns), what needs to change in order to ensure women have a seat at the head of the table?
