Kelly Gibson is an equity partner at Hamburger Gibson Creative – one of the few female representatives in this industry. She’s a savvy strategist and creative powerhouse with more than a decade of experience producing ads and creating strategic and impactful messaging for PACs, environmental groups, unions, non-profits, companies and candidate campaigns from city council to U.S. Senate races. Through the firm’s digital arm, HGCDigital, Kelly advises campaigns on how to navigate and deploy digital persuasion tactics for a cohesive layered narrative across platforms, that wins votes and sparks action on a local or national scale.
Kelly is dedicated to battling gender inequality in the political realm, investing her time in creating opportunities for women coming up. She served as a board member of the Running Start Advisory Board, currently serves on the board of the American Association of Political Consultants, and is an advisor to the United State of Women and Civic Nation. Kelly also co-hosts the weekly podcast “Dame it All to Hell,” which takes on sexism in politics, business, and pop culture.
An accomplished skier, singer, mom and native Buffalonian, Kelly was honored with a Rising Star Award in 2014 by Campaigns & Elections, and was named one of the AAPC’s 40 Under 40 in 2016.
