Amy Lunde has worked in local, state and national politics and public affairs campaigns for over 15 years, touching more than 50 races across over 40 states. She recently joined GA Group, a North Dakota lobbying firm, as Director of Public Affairs. In 2018, Lunde served as general consultant to two winning Wisconsin Congressional campaigns and as Regional Political Director for the National Republican Senatorial Committee in IN, OH and WI.
In 2016, Amy managed Greg Gianforte’s gubernatorial campaign in Montana. During the 2013-2014 cycle, she served as Deputy Political Director for the Republican Governors Association, overseeing independent expenditure campaigns in 27 states totaling nearly $150 million.
In 2012, Amy managed Governor Jack Dalrymple’s successful campaign in North Dakota. Prior to that, she spent nearly 8 years working on state and judicial campaigns in Wisconsin and North Dakota. In 2011, Amy founded Plain Stakes, LLC, a boutique public affairs and corporate issue advocacy firm. She has executed policy and grasstops advocacy projects for corporate clients across the Midwest as well as grassroots field activity for clients including the Republican National Committee and Americans for Prosperity.
Raised in Arlington, VA, Lunde now resides in Bismarck, ND. She is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin.
