Mark Jablonowski is a partner and Chief Technology Officer of DSPolitical, the nation’s premier voter targeted digital advertising network. A progressive technologist with over a decade of experience, he has overseen the company’s development of DemocraticAds.com, the award-winning self-serve digital advertising platform used by more than 500 campaigns serving ads in all 50 states during the 2016 elections. He has also overseen the development of DSPolitical’s tech stack, helping it become the industry leader in audience targeting.
Previously, Mark served as Chief Technology Officer at the 2009 Presidential Inaugural Committee, where he oversaw all technical, communication, and data for President Obama’s first inauguration. Joining President Obama’s 2008 campaign before the New Hampshire primary, Mark traveled the country managing regional IT operations until he landed at Chicago headquarters as IT Special Projects Manager and regional IT Director.
During the 2008 election, Mark also co-founded Atlas Voter Protection, an online tool used by the Obama campaign to manage its voter protection operations. Since then, Atlas has been used by the Democratic National Committee in multiple elections and by international election observers.
Mark is the recipient of numerous awards including CampaignTech’s inaugural Technology Leader of the Year, Campaign & Elections’ Rising Star, New Leaders Council’s 40 Under 40 Leadership Award, and Washington COMPOL Magazine’s 100 Most Influential Political Professionals.
An avid backcountry skier, Mark is a native of Anchorage, Alaska. He currently resides in our nation’s capital.
