Alicia built Sisneros Strategies from the ground up as a female-led, minority owned full-service direct mail and paid field strategy consulting firm. Her political passion and knowledge in elections runs deep, having got her start at an early age in her home state of New Mexico. Since the start of her career, Alicia has worked across the country helping elect Democrats to office and fighting for progress. Now, as the founder of Sisneros Strategies, Alicia brings to politics a diverse voice for her client’s political strategy, paid field, and direct mail programs.
She founded Sisneros Strategies because she saw a need for more women and people of color to help candidates shape their campaigns and be a voice to help create change within the progressive community and our country. Previously, she held roles such as, Deputy Executive Director of the Nevada Assembly Democratic Caucus, and Data Visualization Manager for Organizing for Action.
Prior to starting her firm, Alicia was Chief Operating Officer of a successful technology company, where she provided the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the company had the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. With a depth of knowledge in elections at the federal, state, and local level, Alicia has created award-winning direct mail for multimillion-dollar independent expenditures, ballot initiatives and nonprofit organizations and small businesses, from the school board elections, to the DCCC 2016 and 2018 General Elections.
