AAPC: What are you most looking forward to this year?
Amelia: This past January was the debut of Pantheon Analytics, which I co-founded with Evan Zasoski. So we are looking forward to completing our first successful year! Outside of work, I’m looking forward to the next Star Wars movie.
AAPC: Tell us about something you’re most proud of accomplishing in your professional career.
Amelia: Serving as Director of Digital Analytics on the 2012 Obama campaign was a career highlight for me. I’m especially proud of putting together a friendly, smart, and talented group of co-workers. They were a dream team. Leaders should never be afraid to hire people smarter than themselves.
AAPC: To what do you credit your success at such a young age?
Amelia: I am good at what I do. But with data, it’s not just a matter of having a keen analytical mind — you also have to be able to communicate these complex ideas to non-technical audiences. This is something I’ve excelled at, and enjoyed.
