Christopher Karpenko is the Executive Director of Brand Marketing, United States Postal Service. In this role he oversees the development and execution of corporate Brand Marketing strategy through a scalable, revenue-generating marketing platform which positions the USPS as the partner of choice for consumers, commercial customers and industry partners. He has held Field and Headquarters positions in Operations, Customer Service, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing during his career. Most recently Chris served as the Director, Brand Marketing Mail where he led the development of the Marketing Impact Calculator, new USPS APPs to support Sales Initiatives, support for Political Mail Strategies, and USPS Spring and Summer Holiday campaigns.
Chris is a lean six sigma certified green belt. He holds an Executive MBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business. He has served on numerous nonprofit boards in his community, has written for several industry publications and is a sought out speaker at national industry events.
