As DAGA’s Campaigns Director, Farah manages campaigns and recruits candidates in DAGA’s targeted races. Thanks to her efforts, DAGA flipped four Attorneys General seats from Republican to Democrat, Democrats are now the majority of Attorneys General across the country, and the Democratic Attorneys General are now the most diverse set of Attorneys General and Attorneys-General Elects in history.
Prior to joining DAGA, Farah worked as the Delegate Director for U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders 2016 presidential campaign in the critical swing state of Florida, as well as Utah, Puerto Rico, Ohio, Washington, Maryland and Delaware, and directed crucial counties in the Nevada and Washington caucuses. During the 2016 Democratic National Convention, she helped manage Delegate Floor Operations.
She has a diverse background in organizing, grassroots and community engagement, and has worked at the federal, state and local levels in her home state of Utah. She also worked closely with her community and Miss Utah Latina 2015.
As a daughter of immigrants and a first-generation college graduate, Farah received her bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of Utah.
