Jessica Floyd is Managing Director, Campaigns, for the Hub Project.
Floyd has spent her career developing and executing effective and integrated communications, legislative, and electoral campaigns at local, state, and national levels. Floyd managed Congressman Ron Barber’s successful congressional campaign, served as Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords’ political director, and managed government affairs in New York for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Most recently, she served as the Deputy Director of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s Independent Expenditure, where she helped to manage paid media programs in targeted districts around the country.
Originally from New Mexico, she’s still on the hunt for good green chili in the DC area. When not stopping by Mexican restaurants, she spends her time in her beloved Old Town Alexandria neighborhood, hiking, and traveling with her husband and daughter.
