Bio Ryan Neel attended the University of Texas in Austin earning a bachelor’s degree in history and government. Ryan’s first political job was in the Texas Senate working for the Sergeant of Arms during the 83rd Legislative Session. After the Texas Senate, Ryan went on to work for a political nonprofit, leading him to work in several states across the country. Following this, Ryan held several high-level campaign positions, including for U.S Senator Josh Hawley’s campaign, Congressman Kenny Marchant, and former State Senator and now current Congressman Pat Fallon. Ryan has over a decade of campaign management and political consulting experience. Ryan was a registered lobbyist in Texas, analyzing legislation and developing legislative strategy during the 86th Texas legislative session. Before leaving to start his own firm, he was the Chief Strategist of a respected nation-wide political consulting firm. Ryan consulted for the current Montana Secretary of State Christi Jacobsen’s campaign, Jim Marchant for Nevada’s 4th Congressional District, and Chris Ekstrom for Congress. He has consulted on over 30 campaigns, ranging from local races to U.S Senate, and will bring that same level of expertise to your campaign.
