The following ticket options are available for individuals who only want to attend the special evening event(s), including guests and honorees, rather than the full conference.

*A portion of the proceeds from this purchase is tax deductible. $1,800 will be donated to the AAPC Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the protection of political free speech. The AAPC Foundation also provides scholarships and paid internships to students preparing to enter the field of politics.

SPECIAL EVENT TICKETS

 

For registered delegates who wish to bring a guest to these special event functions, individual tickets must be purchased for each function they will attend. Choose Your Adventure tickets are also sold separately. Closing Gala Dinner tickets are not included in the purchase of a conference registration ticket. All delegates who wish to attend the Closing Gala Dinner must purchase a ticket or the Conference + Closing Gala Dinner bundle.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

There will be no penalty for cancellations received by August 16, 2021.  A processing fee of $100 will be charged for cancellations received between August 17, 2021 – September 17, 2021. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 18, 2021.  If COVID-19 travel restrictions imposed in the state or country from which you are traveling prevents your in-person attendance, if you become ill with COVID-19 and are unable to attend the event, or if this meeting is cancelled, AAPC will work with you to credit the registration value towards a future event or refund the full amount.   No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellation anytime. All cancellations must be received in writing via info@theaapc.org.

AAPC MEMBER REGISTRATION POLICY

 

To be eligible for reduced member pricing, your AAPC membership must be current through October 31, 2021. Individual, Associate, Academic, Non-Profit, Young Professional and Student AAPC memberships are non-transferable. In order to be eligible for a discounted member registration fee, the individual registering must be the same individual who retains the AAPC membership. Platinum and Gold members may register individuals at the discounted member registration rate who are on their company membership roster. PRESS POLICY

 

Members of the Press may register for Pollies 21 on a complimentary basis.  A Press pass will provide access to Conference educational sessions and luncheons, but no evening functions or the Caucus-only session. Press credentials will be verified. Should you wish to attend the full conference, including the Closing Gala Dinner, please register as an attendee.
