Thomas Peters, 34, holds two masters degrees, grew up in California and Michigan, and moved to Washington DC twelve years ago, where his career began in online organizing and digital grassroots, first through his award-winning personal blog, read by millions of people a year at its height, then as a communications director, writer, consultant and pundit.
In 2014 he founded uCampaign, a platform which enables clients to launch and operate their own custom iOS/Android apps. uCampaign has built the official smartphone apps of over 50 organizations in 12 countries, including Donald Trump for President (2016), the official Brexit app, the National Rifle Association app and the UK, Canadian and Australian conservative parties. These apps have been downloaded over 700,000 times in 9 languages and have resulted in over 14 million real grassroots actions being performed.
In 2018 he launched RumbleUp, the most advanced peer-to-peer texting platform, which has been adopted by over 400 organizations, including Greg Abbott for Governor, Heritage Action, FreedomWorks, and dozens of state parties, statewide races, federal, congressional and local candidates, non-profits, advocacy groups and trade associations who have used RumbleUp to have 1-to-1 conversations with tens of millions of individuals.
