E-mails and Web Forms

If you provide contact information, AAPC staff or its contractors may contact you to respond to your question, clarify your comment, or to learn about your level of customer satisfaction with our services.
Any credit card information you provide for membership, goods or services is used in the transaction but not stored in our database and only for your intended purpose.
Information Collected and Stored Automatically (Google Analytics)
During your visit as you browse through the web site, read pages, or download information, we will automatically gather and store certain information about your visit but not about you. Does AAPC Share the Information It Receives?
Information about our members and customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share member/customer information only as described below and with subsidiaries AAPC controls that either are subject to this Privacy Notice or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice.
Third-Party Service Providers
We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. Promotional Offers: Sometimes we send offers to AAPC members on behalf of other businesses. When we do this, we do not give that business your name and address. Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on this service are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and 18 U.S.C.
