John Hall

John Hall

John Hall is one of the most successful digital fundraising strategists in Republican politics, responsible for more than $1.6 billion raised and nearly 60 million online contributions across campaigns and nonprofit organizations nationwide.

He is the President of John Hall Strategies, a digital marketing agency, and the CEO of TextBridge, a full service text messaging company serving political and advocacy clients.

Over the last decade, John has built and run some of the most efficient and highest netting online fundraising programs in the industry. His work spans presidential campaigns, national party committees, international nonprofits and dozens of U.S. Senate, governor and House races.

John began his career as a grassroots organizer and campaign manager, including successfully managing Mike DeWine’s 2010 campaign for Attorney General of Ohio. He went on to spend more than a decade helping build and manage the largest political consulting firm in Republican politics before co founding Apex Strategies, a full service public affairs firm, in 2023. After the 2024 cycle, he launched John Hall Strategies to bring best in class digital fundraising and voter engagement services directly to campaigns and causes.

A proud Marylander, John lives just outside Washington, DC with his wife and two sons. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Bowie State University and a master’s degree from the University of Akron.
