ZANDRIA HAINES

ZANDRIA HAINES

Zandria Haines is a Partner at Moxie Media where she works with clients who are dedicated to advancing equity and social change through strategic storytelling.

Previously, Zandria served as Sr. Vice President at SBDigital, where she developed and coordinated effective multi-touch communication strategies that helped move the needle for candidates and progressive organizations across the country. Before that, she managed the political client success team at Hustle, training and supporting more than 1,300 candidates, 45 state parties, and 3 national committees. She worked closely with campaigns and organizations of all sizes to design voter engagement strategies, including launching the first-ever peer-to-peer texting program for the Democratic National Committee. During the midterm elections, her clients set records with 200 million genuine conversations over text, reaching more than 47 million voters.

With almost two decades of experience in direct voter contact, Zandria has worked with candidates and organizations at every level to execute thoughtful, data-driven campaigns. She currently contributes her expertise to The Campaign School at Yale University, American University’s Gender on the Ballot and their Women and Politics Institute, Emerge, and the Congressional Black Caucus Institute (CBCI). She is an AAPC 40 u 40 awardee, and in 2021 was recognized as a top female consultant to watch ahead of the 2022 and 2024 elections by Business Insider.

Zandria is passionate about building a more equitable future by elevating diverse voices and supporting tomorrow’s leaders in politics.
