ZANDRIA HAINES

ZANDRIA HAINES

Zandria Haines serves as SBDigital’s Vice President, where she develops and coordinates effective multi-touch communication strategies and tactics that help move the needle for candidates and progressive organizations across the country. Prior to joining SBDigital, she managed the political client success team at Hustle, who trained and supported over 1,300 candidates, 45 state parties, and 3 national committees. She worked closely with campaigns and organizations of all sizes to build a strategy to engage and mobilize voters, which included the rollout of the first ever P2P texting program for the Democratic National Committee. During the midterm elections, her clients broke records of response and conversation rates with 200 million genuine conversations over text to over 47 million voters.

She has over a decade of experience in direct voter contact and has worked with candidates at every office level, helping them execute thoughtful and data driven campaigns.

Zandria has a B.A. from Millsaps College in Jackson, MS and is an alumna of the WeLead, Women and Politics Institute at American University. She currently serves as an expert contributor for The Barbara Lee Family Foundation and the Women & Politics Institute at American University’s Gender on the Ballot, a nonpartisan project to examine and contextualize gender dynamics in politics. Zandria hopes her work will build a more equitable future for tomorrow’s leaders.
