Cancellations must be received in writing via [email protected]. A processing fee of $75 will be charged for cancellations received by September 8, 2023. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 8, 2023. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellation anytime. A substitution of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.
