Daughter of Polish immigrants, Caroline Tarwid is a first-generation American who has pursued a lifelong passion of cultivating the American Dream through her work in politics.

For the past two cycles, Tarwid has worked at the National Republican Senatorial Committee where she manages a team as the Deputy Digital Director. The Committee has set multiple fundraising records, including being the top online fundraiser of all national campaign committees.

Tarwid is an alumna of the University of Illinois and currently resides in Washington, DC with her husband Sam and their cat Winnie.
