Fredrick Hicks is the Founder and President of the Hicks Evaluation Group (HEG), a consulting firm that specializes in candidate and issue campaigns, consulting and public affairs. The firm has provided consulting services to numerous clients across the country since its creation in 2006. His current work is focused on targeting/data analytics, consulting, polling and training candidates for office. He has been cited in Politico, the LA Times, Huffington Post, Talking Points Memo, Foxnews.com, Nbcnews.com, the Atlanta Journal and Constitution, the Jacksonville Times Union and multiple other media outlets and is a regular commentator on political issues. In 2015 Fredrick was named to the prestigious Top 40 Under 40 and in 2016 he served as a member of the Truman National Security Project’s SuperPac. In 2018 he served as the Florida Coordinator for Black Voters Matter and, in recognition of his work, was named Top Political Strategist in Georgia. Fredrick received his BA from Clayton State University, his MS in International Affairs with a focus on Demography and a doctoral level certificate in Educational Planning, Evaluation and Policy Analysis from Florida State University.
