Vice President- SBDigital

Zandria Haines serves as SBDigital’s Vice President, focusing on strengthening national partnerships and working closely with campaigns and progressive organizations, managing and fostering overall political strategy. During the 2020 cycle, she supported clients in building Black political power by mobilizing historic Black voter turnout, helping to secure Democratic majorities in the House and Senate, as well as taking back the White House.

Prior to joining SBDigital, she managed the political client success team at Hustle, who trained and supported over 1,300 candidates, 45 state parties, and 3 national committees. She worked closely with campaigns and organizations of all sizes to build a strategy to engage and mobilize voters, which included the rollout of the first ever P2P texting program for the Democratic National Committee. During the midterm elections, her clients broke records of response and conversation rates with 200 million genuine conversations over text to over 47 million voters. A native of Tupelo, MS, Zandria graduated from Millsaps College with a B.A. in Psychology and is an alumna of the WeLead, Women and Politics Institute at American University.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC), and as an expert contributor for The Barbara Lee Family Foundation and the Women & Politics Institute at American University’s Gender on the Ballot, a nonpartisan project to examine and contextualize gender dynamics in politics. Zandria was recently named as a top female consultant to watch ahead of the 2022
midterm elections by Business Insider.

Zandria lives in Washington, DC with her husband Christian, their two children John and Maggie, and their dog Boomer.
