Deputy Executive Director for Campaigns- The Hub Project

Allyson Marcus is the Deputy Executive Director for Campaigns at The Hub Project, where she leads the teams that create dynamic, strategic and effective campaigns across the country, including grassroots organizing, paid and earned media.

Most recently, as Political Director at American Bridge 21st Century, she led the design and execution of persuasion programs in battleground states, including developing an innovative influencer program.

Allyson managed Antonio Delgado’s successful campaign for Lieutenant Governor of New York State in 2022 and previously managed Delgado’s 2018 upset election to the U.S. House of Representatives, one of the most expensive House races in history. Delgado was the first person of color to represent Upstate New York in Congress.

She was previously a regional political director at the DCCC, where she recruited and advised candidates and Members of Congress on the most competitive elections on the House battlefield. She has also worked on the EMILY’s List and DCCC independent expenditure teams. Allyson is a Maryland native who graduated from the University of Southern California.
