 A DC native, Winkelman comes to the NRCC from political law firm Holtzman Vogel, where he served as a Partner. Winkelman previously served as General Counsel to the NRCC for three election cycles. Winkelman has counseled campaigns and officeholders for the last decade in his roles at Holtzman Vogel and the NRCC.
