Political Director- Republican State Leadership Committee

Max Docksey is the Political Director for the Republican State Leadership Committee.

Born and raised in Northern Wisconsin, Docksey began his political career working with his hometown Congressman, Sean Duffy. Over the course of the last decade Docksey has held various political roles at the state and national level including as the Political Director for the Ohio Republican Party during the successful 2018 election cycle, as the National Paid Voter Contact Director for the Republican National Committee overseeing the largest paid voter contact budget in RNC history, and most recently as the Regional Political Director for the RNC managing the committee’s political operations in the Great Lakes region.

Docksey is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and currently resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife Cassie and his daughter Eliza.
