Senior Campaign and Political Advisor- Congressional Black Caucus PAC
Niccara Campbell serves as the Senior Campaign and Political Advisor to the Congressional Black Caucus PAC (CBCPAC) and advises the Caucus on critical political strategy, including endorsing candidates on various levels of federal government from House, Senate, and Presidential campaigns. She joined the CBCPAC as the organization’s first Political Director in late 2019.
Niccara is an accomplished political operative and brings over a decade of experience in executing winning campaigns and strategies. Prior to joining the CBCPAC, she served as the Associate Director of Member Engagement and Director of Member Dues at Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), becoming the first African American woman to hold this position where she was tasked with raising and assisting Members with campaign strategy. In this role, she raised over $19M and assisted Members with campaign strategy. She previously served as Deputy Member Outreach Director and Red to Blue Liaison for the DCCC where her team was responsible for raising nearly $40M in contributions and was part of the historic 2018 success, capturing 41 House seats.
