Cited by Campaigns and Elections magazine as “James Carville’s young protégé,” Stephan specializes in memorable advertising, message development, branding campaigns, and strategic counsel. He oversees message strategy and advertising at a national level, working with Kivvit’s premier clients in a wide range of sectors and industries. Stephan is an Emmy®, Pollie, Reed, and SABRE award winner, and in 2022, he was declared a 40 Under 40 by the American Association of Political Consultants.

Prior to joining Kivvit, Stephan spent over a decade working as an independent consultant on dozens of public affairs, political, and corporate campaigns around the world. He has scripted and produced hundreds of advertisements for Fortune 500 companies, startups, industry coalitions, state governments, and political organizations. He served as senior advisor and spokesperson to the mayor of Jerusalem, and got his start as a special assistant to James Carville. Stephan hails from New Orleans, and now lives in New York.
