Before Meta, Nicky worked at various Washington, D.C. political agencies where he helped campaigns, IEs, and advocacy groups with their digital strategy across various advertising platforms. He is obsessed with Korean BBQ and loves to play video games in his free time.

Grace Briscoe

Grace Briscoe is Senior Vice President of Client Development for Basis Technologies. Her team delivers digital media expertise and technology that political and public affairs marketers need to drive action from key constituents.

Since joining Basis Technologies over a decade ago, Grace has guided the company’s most important political advertising clients nationwide. She also founded their Washington, DC, office in 2010, firmly entrenching the company’s presence among political and advocacy marketing teams.

Tommy Knepper

President & Co-Founder- InField Strategies

Tommy Knepper is President and Co-Founder of In Field Strategies, a nationwide grassroots firm that has employed over 11,000 people, working in 37 states over the past 5 years. Prior to starting In Field Strategies, Tommy served as the Pennsylvania State Director for the Republican National Committee in 2016 where he was instrumental in winning the state for the first time in 28 years. In 2014 Tommy was Campaign Manager for Carl DeMaio in California’s 52nd Congressional Race and served as Deputy Campaign Manager for the 2012 Mayors Race in San Diego, California.

Tommy has over 16 years of experience managing campaigns involving large-paid ground operations, worked as a District Director in the California State Assembly, the Director of Intern Recruitment in the City of San Diego District 7 office and in the Public Liaison Office for the 58th Presidential Inaugural Committee.

Tommy also served in the California Army National Guard as a Lieutenant for 6 years ending in 2014.

A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, Tommy received his bachelor’s degree in History and a minor in Political Science in June 2008 and currently resides in Charleston, South Carolina with his wife Anastacia Knepper and 4 children.

Farz is VP of Business Development at Prompt.io  which is a peer-to-peer texting platform working with campaigns, advocacy groups, nonprofits, and associations. Before joining Prompt.io  he managed API integrated partner relationships and the developer ecosystem at NationBuilder. He lives in Austin, Texas with his dog Luna.

She’s served as a communications strategist for the pro-Romney Super PAC Restore Our Future, Representative Kay Granger, and Governor Kristi Noem.

Keith E. Norman is Head of Political Sales for Premion, a leading premium CTV/OTT advertising platform for regional and local advertisers.  Norman works directly with political campaigns, issue-advocacy groups and key corporate clients and their advertising agencies.

An accomplished media executive with twenty-five years of experience, Norman has held senior positions with NBC, POLITICO, CQ-Roll Call and Univision.

A native of Atlantic City, New Jersey and upstate New York, Norman is a graduate of Farleigh Dickinson University and studied at The George Washington University.  He resides in Northern Virginia with his wife, three children, and a spirited goldendoodle. 

Reginald Calhoun

Senior Digital Media Planner- GMMB

Reginald specializes in digital media research, planning and buying strategy for political, issue/advocacy, nonprofit and utility clients. He has overseen digital initiatives for candidates up and down the ballot, utilities of varying sizes and worked on campaigns across the nation. He is the lead digital media planner for various clients at GMMB, including the Washington State Department of Health, AARP and the Consumer Healthcare Products Association.

Prior to joining GMMB, Reginald worked as a Digital Media Planner at Storefront Political Media; overseeing the planning and execution of digital campaigns, email marketing and SMS programs for a number of political races and major utilities in California, New York, Texas and New Mexico. He has also worked as an Assistant Director for The Fund for the Public Interest, overseeing several grassroots campaigns throughout the San Francisco Bay Area working to save American honeybee populations and end the overuse of antibiotics on Factory farms.

Meredith Morton

With over 20 years of media buying experience, Meredith Morton has bought media in almost every state in the country. Having worked on races at every level of government and an extensive list of issue and corporate clients she understands the intricacies and importance of delivering tangible results to clients.

Prior to starting Pinpoint Media, Meredith was President of Media Placement Technologies for 6 years and spent 5 years as their Senior Media buyer before that.

Meredith holds a Master’s Degree in Campaign Management from George Washington University’s Graduate School of Political Management and graduated magna cum laude from Mount Allison University with a degree in history.
