Reginald Calhoun

Senior Digital Media Planner- GMMB

Reginald specializes in digital media research, planning and buying strategy for political, issue/advocacy, nonprofit and utility clients. He has overseen digital initiatives for candidates up and down the ballot, utilities of varying sizes and worked on campaigns across the nation. He is the lead digital media planner for various clients at GMMB, including the Washington State Department of Health, AARP and the Consumer Healthcare Products Association.

Prior to joining GMMB, Reginald worked as a Digital Media Planner at Storefront Political Media; overseeing the planning and execution of digital campaigns, email marketing and SMS programs for a number of political races and major utilities in California, New York, Texas and New Mexico. He has also worked as an Assistant Director for The Fund for the Public Interest, overseeing several grassroots campaigns throughout the San Francisco Bay Area working to save American honeybee populations and end the overuse of antibiotics on Factory farms.

Meredith Morton

President- Pinpoint Media

With over 20 years of media buying experience, Meredith Morton has bought media in almost every state in the country. Having worked on races at every level of government and an extensive list of issue and corporate clients she understands the intricacies and importance of delivering tangible results to clients.

Prior to starting Pinpoint Media, Meredith was President of Media Placement Technologies for 6 years and spent 5 years as their Senior Media buyer before that.

Meredith holds a Master’s Degree in Campaign Management from George Washington University’s Graduate School of Political Management and graduated magna cum laude from Mount Allison University with a degree in history.

Mark Torres

West Coast Business Development Director- DSPolitical

Based in San Francisco, Mark focuses on partnerships, growth strategy, and overseeing engagements with political, labor, and advocacy organizations across California and the West Coast. He brings a background in both the public and private sectors and uses his extensive knowledge in strategic stakeholder engagement and public policy to develop partnerships that help Progressive candidates and causes win up-and-down the ticket.

Prior to joining DSPolitical, Mark served in various roles in the U.S. House of Representatives, the University of California-Merced, and several successful Silicon Valley start-ups. A native of the Central Valley, he holds a BA and MPA from Fresno State and is a Board Member of the Fresno State Alumni Association.

Jefferson Thomas

Senior Vice President- HBS+

Jefferson brings 14 years of expert experience with political campaigns and ballot issues to the team. Thomas has managed various projects and campaigns nationally, including Presidential efforts in 2016 and 2020.

Prior to joining HBS+, Thomas founded a political consulting firm that grew to having clients in 5 states. Thomas oversaw the largest volunteer field program in Colorado history while serving as the RNC Colorado State Director, knocking over 2 million doors and making over 5 million phone calls. He also served twice as Wisconsin Recount Director for a Presidential campaign.

Jefferson and his wife Paige reside in Northern Colorado along with their two Bernese Mountain Dogs. Thomas is an alum of the University of Missouri and enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and traveling when not assisting clients.

Neeraja Koneru

Director of Client Strategy- Rising Tide Interactive

Neeraja has nearly a decade of experience leading the strategy and execution of digital campaigns. As the Director of our Client Strategy department, she handles some of our biggest online fundraising, voter persuasion, and Get Out The Vote programs. She worked with the Democratic Party of Georgia to help raise record-breaking amounts of money online prior to the January 2021 runoffs as well as to lead a digital turnout program that helped flip the U.S. Senate. In 2020, she led voter persuasion efforts in Wisconsin that hurt Donald Trump’s numbers. And, in 2018, she led the digital persuasion efforts that helped Governor Whitmer flip the governorship of Michigan blue. Additionally, she has worked with organizations and campaigns including Southern Poverty Law Center, National Democratic Redistricting Committee, Texas Democratic Party, and MJ for Texas to help raise millions of dollars online.

Amanda Iovino

Vice President- WPAi

Amanda Iovino is a Vice President at WPA Intelligence working with federal and state campaigns, as well as national organizations and independent expenditure efforts. Most recently she served as the Polling Director and led the data efforts for Governor Glenn Youngkin’s winning 2021 Virginia gubernatorial campaign.

Amanda is also the Executive Director of the Virginia Conservative Women’s Coalition, has significant experience working with women candidates up and down the ballot, and is attuned to the particular challenges they face during a campaign.

She previously served as the Director of Research and Analytics for Winning For Women, where she provided leadership to all facets of Winning For Women’s data efforts. Prior to joining Winning For Women, she served as Deputy Director of The Women’s Initiative, a large-scale research effort into the attitudes and perspectives of Independent women voters to help political candidates and organizations understand and reach them.

Originally from Long Island, Amanda graduated from Vanderbilt University and received her Master’s Degree in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University.

Paul Wescott

Paul Westcott is L2’s Executive Vice President. Prior to joining L2 Paul worked for NBC News, Fox News Channel, and most recently iHeartMedia. At iHeart, Paul started as a Senior Digital Editor creating and managing editorial content on over 850+ radio station websites along with an eight-person editorial team. While in his digital role Paul created and hosted a daily talk show and podcast covering news and politics for the burgeoning iHeartRadio platform. After two years hosting the digital-only show Paul was brought on as a local morning host in New Hampshire, Maine and later Worcester, MA.

Prior to Clear Channel, Paul was an Assignment Editor for NBC News working on the national, international and political desks covering all of the network’s news properties including the Today Show, MSNBC, Meet the Press, and Nightly News with Brian Williams.

While in college Paul was fortunate enough to gain experience both at an NPR affiliated station WFUV radio as an anchor and reporter and a production assistant on Fox News Channel’s the O’Reilly Factor. Paul attended Fordham University and has both a BA and MA in Political Science with a focus on campaigns and elections management as well as political communications.

Eric Wilson

Eric Wilson is a political technologist driving innovation and digital transformation in the Republican party. He’s a veteran of numerous campaigns, having led Marco Rubio’s digital team during his 2016 campaign for president, served as digital director of Ed Gillespie’s campaign for Virginia Governor in 2017 and US Senate in 2014, and advised on digital strategy for the National Republican Senatorial Campaign in 2016 and the Liberal Party of Australia in 2016. In addition, Eric has held digital strategy roles at the American Action Network, Engage, and the House of Representatives.

Today, he is a Senior Vice President at Bullpen Strategy Group, an insights-focused public affairs advocacy and strategic advisory firm.

Eric is the managing partner of Startup Caucus, an investment fund and incubator for Republican campaign technology startups. Each week, he shares actionable tips and strategies for Republicans to build winning online campaigns at

Eric is the Director of the Center for Campaign Innovation, a non-profit research and training center guiding conservatives through the digital transformation of politics. Named Campaigns & Election’s “2021 Technology Leader of the Year” and a Harvard Ash Center Technology & Democracy Fellow (2019-2021), he’s frequently interviewed by the media about campaigns and technology and regularly speaks domestically and internationally about the digital transformation of politics.

He’s a proud graduate of the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee and the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science at the University of North Texas.
