Hotel Reservations at The Hayes Mansion San Jose
AAPC has secured a discounted block of rooms at The Hayes Mansion for registered conference attendees at a rate of $229++ per evening which is available through Friday, May 31st or when the block is filled — whichever comes first. To ensure ample sleeping rooms within AAPC’s group block are available for registered attendees, in order to book your room for the 2024 California Regional Conference, you must first register for the event. Only one reservation per registrant is permitted and group reservations are not permitted. Instructions on how to book will be included in your confirmation email.
ATTIRE – WHAT TO WEAR
Conference attire is smart casual. The Hotel (indoors, air-conditioned) can be cool, so it would be appropriate to have a light sweater or wrap for your comfort. Layers recommended.
AIR TRAVEL
The Hayes Mansion is accessible via the following airports:
- 20 minute drive from the San José Mineta International Airport (SJC)
- 50 minute drive from the Oakland International Airport (OAK)
- 50 minute drive from the San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Taxis, Lyft and Uber are all options for traveling to/from the airport and around the city.
PARKING
Conference attendees receive a discounted rate of $10 per day for self parking at the Hayes Mansion.
