To pay by check, please fill out this registration form and mail it with payment to: AAPC, 1750 Tysons Blvd, Ste 1500, McLean, VA 22102. Payments must be received by the early bird and advance rate deadlines, not postmarked, to receive prevailing rates. Once your registration has been received and processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you with receipt of payment.
Members of the Press may register for the Pollies on a complimentary basis. A Press pass will provide access to all Conference educational sessions and luncheons, but no evening functions or the Caucus-only session. Press credentials will be verified. Should you wish to attend the full conference, including the Pollie Awards Gala Dinner, please register as an attendee.
There will be no penalty for cancellations received by April 18, 2022. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 18, 2022.
If COVID-19 travel restrictions imposed in the state or country from which you are traveling prevents your in-person attendance or if you become ill with COVID-19 and are unable to attend the event, AAPC will credit the registration value towards a future event. If the meeting is cancelled, you will have the option for a future credit or full refund. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellation anytime. All cancellations must be received in writing via [email protected].
AAPC has secured a discounted block of rooms at the Caribe Hilton (1 San Geronimo Street, San Juan, Puerto Rico, 00907) for registered conference attendees. To ensure ample sleeping rooms within AAPC’s group block are available for registered attendees, in order to book your room at the Caribe Hilton for the 2022 Pollie Awards & Conference, you must first register for the event. Instructions on how to book will be included in your confirmation email.
AAPC plans to take photographs at the AAPC Pollie Conference and reproduce them in AAPC educational, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the AAPC website. By participating in the AAPC Pollie Conference, you grant AAPC the right to use your name, photograph and biography for such purposes. All postings become the property of AAPC. Postings may be displayed, distributed or used by AAPC for any purpose.
To be eligible for reduced member pricing, your AAPC membership must be current through May 31, 2022.
Individual, Associate, Academic, Non-Profit, Young Professional and Student AAPC memberships are non-transferable. In order to be eligible for a discounted member registration fee, the individual registering must be the same individual who retains the AAPC membership. Platinum and Gold members may register individuals at the discounted member registration rate who are on their company membership roster.
