VP of Client Strategy- Impactive

Ilana has over a decade of electoral experience on all levels of the ballot, primarily in organizing ranging from state legislative campaign manager to WV State Director for Organizing for America to Deputy National Field Director for America Votes. Ilana is the VP of Client Strategy for Impactive (formerly Ourvore) and spent 2020 advising on relational organizing strategy with Biden for President, the Democratic Senate Campaign Committee (DSCC), SEIU and multiple state parties. Prior to Impactive, Ilana worked as a National State Desk for the Bernie Sanders 2020 campaign and oversaw the organizing program in 5 Super Tuesday states (including Texas) plus Michigan, Illinois and Wisconsin. Ilana resides in Washington, DC with her cat and outside of pandemics enjoys traveling, good food and the Chicago Cubs.
