Michele is the recipient of numerous awards from respected communication associations including the International Association of Business Communicators and Women in Communications. She has also been honored by the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) as one of the 40 best and brightest campaign professionals under 40 years old and was named one of Campaign & Elections Rising Stars for 2017. She is the first Black and the first female operative to be honored with both national awards in the same year.
