President & CEO- Change Research

Nicole first came to Change Research in 2019 and immediately established herself as an essential leader and strategist for the company. In 2021, Nicole launched the company’s nonpartisan unit, Embold Research, and succeeded Mike Greenfield as the company’s second CEO in 2022. Prior to her tenure with Change, Nicole worked in public affairs, where she led successful campaigns on issues including public lands, education, labor, immigration, and library funding. She lives in Boise, Idaho.
